FAQ 1: How to get a copy of the building plan?

The applicant must submit a letter stating the required building name plan and the purpose of the application.


FAQ 2: How to make a modification and upgrade application?

The applicant must make an application in writing and state the need for the modification or upgrade to be done.


FAQ 3: Why do public damage complaints take so long to be repaired?

a. Once the complaint is received by JP, the complaint will be investigated within 24 working hours.

b. Complaints will be classified according to the type of damage and current condition.

c. The repair period is based on the above assessment.

d. The complaint will be given to the contractor for repair work.

e. Once the Purchase Order (PO) is obtained, only then will the repair work be done.


FAQ 4: How long will action be taken after a damage complaint is made?

Scope of Work /Duration Remedial action:

Mechanical -  Minor Damage 1 week, Major Damage < 1 month.

Electrical - Minor Damage 1 week, Major Damage < 1 month.

Public - Minor Damage 1 week, Major Damage < 1 month.

Cleaning - 1-7 days

Landscape - 1-7 days

Pest Control - 1-7 days
